Ballet Flex

A ballet inspired class dedicated to developing strength and flexibility for adult fitness. This will elongate, stretch and shape muscles to improve posture and balance, as well as developing your strength and core muscles. My classes will incorporate Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), which is an innovative body conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to train muscle memory, through use of exercise balls and bands. It is designed to benefit dancers, athletes and fitness enthusiasts that enjoy ballet-inspired workouts. Think 'Pilates meets Ballet'.
